Welcome to Blue-Star Surface Cleaning's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Clients must provide access to water and electricity at the service location.

2. Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the surfaces being cleaned.

4. Clients must remove obstacles and fragile items from the service area before our arrival.

5. We may reschedule appointments due to inclement weather for safety reasons.

6. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. We guarantee our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours for a resolution.

8. Client information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
